Returns Policy

Please check all items immediately upon arrival. As most of our products are handmade they may vary slightly in colour and size. If you wish to return any item, please contact us on 01305 753463. You can return any item for refund or exchange within 14 days. These goods must be returned at your own cost, unless the item is faulty .We cannot make refunds or exchanges for used items or customer damaged goods. Refunds will be made on receipt of goods. We recommend that you return the goods using registered post, as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us.

 

The Contract between us

On receipt of your full payment, your order will be accepted and you will receive notification by email. This then becomes a legally binding contract.

 

Prices

All prices are in £ Sterling and are inclusive of Vat.

 

Postage and Packing

Orders up to £7.50, postage will be £2.50. Orders from £7.50 to £50.00 postage will be £4.95. Orders over £50.00 postage will be free of charge. These charges apply for UK Mainland only.

Please contact us for charges for the Highlands and Islands.

 

Method of Payment

Our payment is operated through Worldpay. We accept most credit and debit cards. Payment by Cheque is also available. All cheques must be cleared by the bank before orders are sent out. This can take up to 14 days. We are also able to process credit and debit cards over the telephone, between 9am.-5.30pm.

 

Delivery

We aim to send all orders out within 2 working days. Notification of despatch will be confirmed by email. Delivery is made by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or courier and will require a signature. In the case of Parcelforce or courier we will supply you with a Tracking number. If there is no one to accept delivery, a card will be left. It is your responsibility to re-arrange delivery or collection from a Depot.

 

Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel an order, please ensure that you contact us immediately as goods are very often despatched within 24 hours. There will be no charge made if cancellation is received before the goods are despatched. Should they have already left, you will be offered a full refund less the postage costs incurred. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is correct.
